Unraveled started because I couldn't stop picking up new hobbies. One minute I was painting every room in my house, the next I was teaching myself embroidery, buying way too many craft kits, and realizing that making something with my hands made me feel calmer, more grounded, and a little more like myself.

As a mental health therapist, I've spent years helping people care for their minds. Crafts became one of the ways I learned to care for my own. Somewhere along the way, I realized I wasn't the only one looking for that feeling.

So I created the kind of shop I always wished existed—a cozy, beginner-friendly place for people who are curious, people who haven't called themselves "creative" in years, and people who just want to make something.
